This truly is the perfect cozy cottage! It was clean, super comfortable, and the view of the lake was amazing! We loved how the couch expanded to put our feet up, and the table opened up for puzzles and games. Everything was perfect - such a relaxing stay!
The cottage we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. The new renovation was crisp, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The bed was SO comfortable. We loved being right on the lake and found that even with close proximity to other cabins, we had peace and quite the entire time. See the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful prior to booking and after our stay. Only docked a star because one of the other renters oddly enough came onto our property and utilized our grill and outdoor furniture while we were sight seeing for the day. It was completely odd and no fault of the owners, but gave us an uneasy feeling the rest of the trip. Dee was so kind and immediately responsive when we notified her and has already had the necessary conversations with the alternate tenants to make sure there is a clear understanding of safety and privacy during their stay. I appreciate how seriously she took our complaint and would absolutely stay there again in the future.
Had a simply relaxing time in this comfortable cottage. The view of lake perfect for morning coffee and evening sips of wine. Leaves starting to pop woth color. Can't wait to come back.and evening sips of wine.
My stay at the "Baileyville" Cottage was exactly what I needed—a serene escape in a beautiful location. Nestled on the shores of Beseck Lake, this cozy cottage is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking to unwind and relax.
The cottage itself is small but well-appointed, with an updated interior that strikes a balance between modern comfort and rustic charm. The highlight for me was the full floor-to-ceiling glass doors facing the lakefront. Waking up to the sight of the lake and being able to step outside to the fresh air was truly rejuvenating.
I chose this spot as a peaceful retreat after attending the Travelers Championship, and it exceeded my expectations. Each evening, I enjoyed sitting by the lake, soaking in the tranquility and natural beauty around me. It was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day.
While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks worth mentioning. The roofline windows do not have blinds, which meant the morning light could be quite bright. Additionally, the light from the safety light outside could be a bit bothersome at night. However, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise delightful stay.
Overall, the "Baileyville" Cottage on Beseck Lake is a gem of a find—a cozy, well-maintained retreat in a stunning location. I would gladly return for another stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the area.
Lake view, cottage was accurately advertised. Had issue with microwave and host provided replacement same day. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy cottage with a lake view.
Cottage was cozy and comfortable. Beautiful view of lake beseck. Any questions I had, Dee got back to me quickly. I will definitely stay again. Thank you for everything
This is a small but well laid out one room cottage with a spectacular view of the lake. Despite the 11 degree temp and high winds we were able to adjust the heat and the room was warm and cozy. We enjoyed skiing at nearby Powder Ridge and exploring the Kids museum and restaurants in Middletown. There was adequate equipment for us to also cook meals at the cottage.
It was what I expected, beautiful view from the deck, inside was enough space, everything was so neat and cozy. We were lucky to see fireworks from across the lake. I would love to come back and live my dream life for few days.
We stayed in cottage #6 this time. Last time we stayed in Cottage #5. Dee does a great job with taking care of the amenities. The cottage was clean and absolutely enjoyable. So peaceful to sit on the deck in the evening and enjoy the lake and lake life in peace. It was the 4th of July visit to family and the 4th of July on this lake has some awesome fireworks showing. Just a great place to chill and enjoy life. We are returning again in October and will stay in cottage #8 this time. We don't go back to this lake because we are forced to, we choose to as it is so perfect for a peaceful escape.

The property was cute. It was all New, the view is beautiful coffee on the deck in the morning was really enjoyable.
It was just what my wife and I needed for a few days to get away.
Superbly renovated lakeside studio cottage in a great location. Very well equipped and very comfortable. The elevated deck was a nice place to enjoy coffee with the sunrise and an evening meal overlooking the water. The host was always quick to respond to questions we had. We would highly recommend this place.
