WE LOVED OUR STAY WITH YOU. THE HOME WAS COZY AND VERY CLEAN. NEIGHBORHOOD WAS BEAUTIFUL AND WE FELT SAFE. THE HOT TUB WAS AN ADDED BONUS WE USED EACH EVENING. LOVELY HOME AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. AND DID I MENTION HOW CLEAN IT IS WAS!!!! GREAT LOCATION.

This is a terrific place to stay. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. The living area and dining areas are wonderful for the group to gather comfortably. Hot tub and foos ball table, what else would you need for entertainment. The location in Bay City is close to great restaurants too.This was our second stay this year. The host is very responsive too.

My family had a great stay here. We had infants to adults in their 60s and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all our meals. The bedrooms seemed bigger than pictured so we had plenty of room for our extended family. The neighborhood felt safe and had fun shops nearby.

Great Home and Great Hosts

Myself and 7 of my closet girl friends spend 3 nights here for our annual girls trip, the house was great! Lots of space! The hosts were great and had great communication! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The house was very spacious for our large group. We had family come in from Texas, Michigan, Indiana and Ohio to stay here for 4 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday. The beds were comfy and the house had plenty of amenities. We also had a couple of little ones with us and the host was kind enough to send a pack n play and sheets for them to sleep in that first night.

Family stay

Great property for large group. Beds are super comfortable, clean and worked well for accommodating our group.would highly recommend. My only note would be living room furniture is very low and with larger groups a few more comfy chair options would have been nice. The neighborhood is super quite and close to everything.

Bowling Weekend

We booked the property for about 10 of us for States Bowling Tournament. It worked perfect! There were enough beds for everyone, the hot tub was great and was in the perfect location. Our host kept in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent this property again!

Nice rental

Great historic home in downtown Bay City! We came in to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with family. This home was stocked with everything needed to host dinner. There was plenty of space for all to spread out and enjoy. Everything was clean and comfortable. We will rent again when visiting Bay City.

Our family had a great time together at Bay Breeze Mansion celebrating our recent graduate.The kitchen had plenty of cups, glasses, plates and utensils for our group. The dining area is spacious and so is the livingroom.

Perfect spot

We came from Ohio and Florida for a funeral in nearby Auburn. The house was the place to calmly get ready each day and to unwind at night. Big enough so everybody had space. Being able to bring the dog was very helpful.

Bay Breeze Mansion - Amazing family vacation

This was the best vacation ever. The booking and communication was phenomenal the house was perfect and very clean. I very much appreciated all the little extra's they provided such as tin foil, plastic zip lock bags, spices and so much more of those little things you just don't think of. This was our first mutli family (Mimi, myself, my sister and my daughter and sons families) vacation and it was phenomenal so I am positive there will be several more. Thank you to the hosts for such an amazing stay.

Bowling trip

I brought my bowling friends up for the state tournament. Everyone was very pleased with the space and sleeping arrangements available. We felt the property was in excellent shape and the location was just perfect for our needs. The owners were awesome and everything went off without incident. Thank you for a great weekend!!!

Very happy with the booking!

The property was wonderfully maintained, very clean, decorated comfortably and beautifully and had lots of room for each person of our large group to feel happy in that space. All amenities were great - loved the parking space, the hot tub and the open spaces. We had a few people in our group with mobility issues and this property works very well for those that can manage stairs. If we were to return to this area, we would VRBO here again!

Bay Breeze

Bay Breeze was absolutely beautiful. Nestled in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of parks and ice cream and downtown. The home is historic with beautiful wood trim. It has an up to date kitchen and lots of room in the house to stretch out and also congregate. I highly recommend it

Clean home in a safe neighborhood

House was clean and described. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to run but we didn’t care as we just washed the dishes by hand. No complaints at all from us.

Nice place.

Nice place. Our group included three generations. This place was just the right size for our group of 12. Plenty of spaces for everyone. All of the bedrooms were upstairs. If you don't like stairs this is probably not the place for you. There were stairs to get into the house as well. Our first night the AC was out on the second floor. Our host sent someone right away that day and was able to have someone fix it asap the very next morning. The furniture in the living room sits rather low. A challenge for the older members of our group. I say that just to make you aware. Overall we really liked the house. The size, location, and amenities were all great. The host's response time was quick. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Our group of 13 had the absolute best stay here for my bachelorette weekend! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how spotless, beautiful, and well-maintained the house was. The pink exterior of the house couldn’t have been more perfect for our “C’mon Barbie, Let’s Bach Party” theme! It honestly felt like the house was made for our celebration!There was plenty of space for everyone, and we especially loved the spacious bedrooms, the gorgeous formal dining room where we all gathered together for every meal, the large back deck, and, of course, the hot tub! There was plenty of parking too for our 10 vehicles! Every space made our weekend feel relaxing, fun, and unforgettable.The host was incredible throughout the entire process. Communication was always quick, friendly, and helpful whenever we had questions!This house gave us the perfect place to celebrate such a special milestone, and we made memories we’ll never forget. I truly couldn’t have picked a better place for my bachelorette party. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful home for a girls’ trip, family gathering, or special celebration. The house was perfect for my sister’s chill bachelorette party. We were able to do a lot of fun things within the house without feeling cramped especially with the unfortunate smoke outside from the Canadian wildfires. The smoke could have made the long weekend terrible, but having a nice house where we could all gather and play games and hang out made it still feel like a fun bachelorette party. Once the smoke dissipated the house was in a perfect location to walk around and see the beautiful houses, drive to the antique mall and Madonna mural, and drive up to the state park and hang out on the beach. If we ever travel up to this area again we will make sure to check if this house is available again!
