Beds were clean and comfortable. The screened in porch is a nice place to sit and avoid any bugs! It had a spot to tie our boat which is exactly what we were looking for.
The house itself is a little dated, but otherwise was able to comfortably fit everyone and give us enough space to all do our own things. The kids especially enjoyed the extra room to use as a play space and enjoyed the river view so they were able to see all the boats go by. Overall an enjoyable experience!
Nice setting and comfortable accommodations. Had a great week fishing. Bathroom sink drains extremely slow. Everything else was great. I hope to return next year.
Landed our boat just about four or five houses down pulled up and docked right next to the house was amazing got up in the morning and went out to the Bay, didn't catch any fish but had a good time the house was clean and very nice quiet neighborhood everything was here that we needed

Property itself was pretty good. Some of the doors were in disrepair but functional . Only real problem was not being able to get code before we got there. We had to wait three hours outside of cottage on phone with you guys , was embarrassing to me with my lids and grandkids all looking at me to fix this.
It was perfect for what we needed. The beach wasn’t far at all. Just know there’s not access to the water from the house. Great location, quiet neighborhood would stay again. Heather was a great host.
The house is small but laid out well, comfortable. Location is in a nice neighborhood, close to everything we needed. Also enjoyed the nearby state park.

Review 375 River Road, Bay City, MI
The check in information (including access code) wasn't sent to me by homeowner until after 11pm on my check in date. I had to contact Vrbo customer service to get it. The home is quite dated but location is good.
