bedrooms, 4 XL twin beds, 1 queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the Family room. Smart TVs throughout 6 of the rooms, Wi-Fi, Kitchen, Game room. 2nd refrigerator/freezer in the game room and a chest freezer for fish cleaning waste. Plenty of space for boat parking.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be sure to you close & lock all 3 exit doors. 2 in front and 1 to the back yard.
If you used the folding camp chairs outside, please return them to the house.
Clean dishes can be left in the dishwasher and on the drying pad next to the sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
