Remodeled 3 bed, 2 bath condo with carport. 2nd floor with beach access. 2 lanai porches. Moorings private beach club pass. West of 41 in the best neighborhood in Naples. Sorry no pets allowed. 3 month minimum- available now through season. 6-9 months would be better- get out of the COLD- walk to the beach and several shops/restaurants. This building was NOT affected by hurricane Ian. Wonderful community pool Master has a remodeled shower and huge walk in closet. Lots of greenspace. This is a low density complex close to Downtown Old Naples and the beach. VERY safe and secure.
