About this property

Near Zion & Bryce | Hot Tub, Game Room, 4 Master Suites, Central AC & Fire Pit

At The Lazy Bear Lodge, big mountain days end with a long soak in the hot tub, a few rounds in the game room and s`mores beneath the stars. This dog-friendly 4-bedroom lodge sleeps 14, with 4 private master suites and more than 3,100 square feet across 3 levels. Central AC, a gas fireplace and a basement game room with a pool table and 4 game machines—including one with 9,000+ games—keep the group comfortable and entertained. Zion, Bryce and the best of Southern Utah are within easy reach.

🐻 Main Floor 🛏️

The main floor includes the kitchen, living room, gas fireplace and 2 king master suites. Each suite has its own private full bathroom with a shower, giving 2 couples private space on the same level as the cabin`s main gathering areas.

Big windows bring in views of the surrounding pines, while the reclining sofa offers a comfortable spot for movies, slow mornings and evenings by the fire.
The kitchen is equipped for group meals, whether you are making breakfast before a day in the parks or putting dinner together while the rest of the group debates who is heading downstairs for another round in the game room. Central air conditioning keeps the cabin comfortable during warmer mountain afternoons.

🐻 Upstairs + Loft 🛏️

The cabin`s remaining 2 bedrooms are upstairs. One is a queen master suite, while the other is a bunk-room master suite with 3 twin-over-full bunks. Like the 2 king suites on the main floor, each upstairs bedroom has its own private full bathroom with a shower.

The bunk room gives kids, cousins or another family a space of their own without turning one of the cabin`s living rooms into overflow sleeping space. It is the kind of setup that may inspire at least one `There`s so much room for activities!` before the bags are even unpacked.

A dedicated workspace in the upstairs loft is available for anyone who needs to take a call, answer a few emails or fit in some work during the trip.

🐻 Basement Game Room 🎮

In the basement, `one quick game` has a way of becoming a tournament. Start with the convertible pool table that switches to ping-pong, then choose from Mortal Kombat, Pac-Man, Legends Pinball and a custom-built arcade machine loaded with more than 9,000 games.

The custom machine includes classic arcade favorites and hundreds of console titles spanning systems from Super Nintendo through PS2. Between the convertible game table and 4 machines, there is enough down here to settle old rivalries, start new ones and reveal which adult in the group has been quietly waiting years for another shot at Pac-Man.

A washer and dryer are also available in the basement.

🐻 Outdoor Living + Hot Tub ♨️

Trail dust, tired legs and cold mountain evenings all have the same answer: the hot tub. Settle in after a day of hiking, riding or exploring the parks, then stay awhile as the stars come out over Duck Creek. The combination of warm water, cool mountain air and surrounding pines makes it an easy place to slow down before heading inside for the night.

When everyone is ready for dinner, fire up the commercial-grade infrared Char-Broil grill. Afterward, gather around the Las Vegas Golden Knights-themed wood-burning fire pit for s`mores and stories beneath the night sky.

The cabin sits on a 0.5-acre lot surrounded by pines, with a horseshoe driveway and ample parking for the group. On a clear night, you may even see the Milky Way with the naked eye. Bring a telescope if someone in the group takes stargazing seriously.

🐻 Explore Duck Creek 🥾

Stay close to the Village for a day at Aspen Mirror Lake, head farther out to fish at Navajo Lake or Panguitch Lake, or trade the water for Ice Cave, Mammoth Cave and the views from Strawberry Point. Miles of hiking and ATV trails open up even more ways to explore the mountain.

When the group wants to venture farther, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, Kanarra Falls, Zion, Bryce Canyon and Coral Pink Sand Dunes are all within day-trip range. Back at Lazy Bear, the hot tub and game room give the group a good reason to settle in for the evening.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire cabin, hot tub, game room and outdoor living areas.

The garage is locked and not available to guests.

Self check-in is provided through a smart lock. Arrival instructions and access information are sent during the afternoon of check-in.

The Neighborhood
