One of the largest backyards and lots in Hermosa Beach and backs to South Park and the Greenbelt. One min walking distance from the strand and the sand and a 10 min walking distance to DT Hermosa where you find entertainment, eateries and shopping. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and each bedroom come with a streamed TV.

Beside the large yard, there are 2 decks and a balcony for entertaining or relaxing. The kitchen has a Viking stove for the chef in the family. This large kitchen has a quartz wraparound counter top, a perfect place for gathering with family and friends with unblock able ocean views.
