Cozy and Convenient

My brother-in-law and I noted how pleasant and convenient the accommodations were multiple times during our 4 night stay. Our vacation was skiing-focused and the location was as ideal as described. We started each day making breakfast. The frying pans need to be replaced, but the rest of the kitchen was well equipped; really appreciated the great coffee maker and electric kettle. We went hard on the mountains each day, so the hot tub/pool amenity was a godsend and even though the beds were not fantastic we slept well. The fireplace was a great touch and super easy to use. All in all, very solid residence for the price point!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited Dillon for a few days of skiing. The condo was very nice. The fireplace made it feel quite cozy. Plenty of room for us with our kids. Great having the ski locker outside the door. The management company was very professional and communicative. If you're planning on using the pool, be sure to bring a towel as the condo only has towels for the shower. Great location close to dining, shopping, and plenty of resorts to choose from.

Great Location to ski in the Summit County - Ideal Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking, check-in process and communication was perfect. The 2nd floor Condo is in a nice location overlooking Lake Dillon with beautiful scenery. We liked the parking spot , almost like a garage, sheltered from bad weather (snow). The Condo had 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, 2 full baths and works well for two couples. Small details, like multi USB chargers on every nightstand was a thoughtful touch. Linens, sheets were nice and crisp, the whole apartment felt comfortable and clean. There were plenty of books to read and games for playing.The location is ideal for skiing different ski areas within minutes to drive. We definitely would rent it again.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
