Make yourself at home in this completely remodeled one bedroom / one bathroom unit with all new fixtures, appliances, lighting and flooring. The views from the living room and large deck of Lake Dillon Marina, Buffalo Mountain and the Ten Mile Range are breathtaking. Other features include a wood burning fireplace (firewood not included), DVD collection, high quality stereo sound system, flat screen TV's in living room and bedroom. Cable TV and internet (provided by Xfinity). The bedroom features a queen size pillow top bed with plenty of drawer and closet space, and separate sink and vanity. This unit truly sleeps 4 comfortably. Just slide the full panel screen across the living room to create a second bedroom with a pull out queen size sleeper couch with the benefits of TV, stereo, fireplace and great views. On the deck you'll find a table with seating for four. There is a large outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna, showers and pool table in the clubhouse just steps away from the unit. East Bay also features covered garage parking.

The Gem of East Bay is the perfect size for a couple or perhaps four folks who get along really well. We stayed March 21 to March 28, 2026, and found everything to be very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Other reviews mentioned road noise was bothersome, we did not find this to be the case and i slept with the window cracked open a few inches for fresh air. The complex was very quiet. The view of the reservoir with the mountains in the backdrop is stunning. Things to note: this is a second story unit. Laundry (pay with quarters) and clubhouse are located in the parking garage level (under level one units.) The clubhouse hot tub is very clean and wonderfully situated outside, to take advantage of the gorgeous view. The owner was excellent regarding communication. We would stay again. Cheers!

From the start host communication was terrible, waiting days for response at times. Upon arrival instructions for access keys while clear, notation read "you may have to jiggle the lock" We both have arthritis in hands - awful experience! Once inside, the view was stunning, but bed pillows were awful! Had to purchase 1 just to sleep after 1st night. Then came the terrible TV experience. While that's not our #1 priority, there are times we want to relax & watch television. It never worked right, turning completely off at weird random times. We reported this again to the host who never responded, but instead sent a friend to fix. This friend didn't even know the host! Furthermore, instructions to access game room & hot tub were to use same key as front door. Again key didn't work - you had to turn it left instead of right. Which would have been helpful when reported again to the host who responded, "well. It works for everyone else." Once we finally gained access to game room, pool table didn't have 8 ball! Additionally, there was bird droppings on the balcony upon arrival, ice maker wasn't working, fridge water filter needed replacing, microwave light bulb didn't work - icing on the cake - property owner's rental license was expired.

Excellent Lake Dillon Condo!

My wife and I spent a 3 day weekend for her birthday at this condo with a beautiful view of Lake Dillon. The condo was very clean and comfy with a nice deck with a grill, wood burning fireplace, and amazing views. Will definitely return and highly recommend staying here!

What makes this property unique

This was my home for 2 years. Having lived around water all my life and loving the mountains, I was sold the moment I walked into this unit. The views are truly breathtaking. I love to sail and kayak in the warmer months, hike, bike and fly fishing during spring and fall, and ski and board in the winter. The close proximity to Keystone, A-Basin and Copper Mountain Ski Resorts and the towns of Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge also had a huge influence on me. All the conveniences of home close by.
