Dream house, hot tub and best location in town!

Dream house in the best location in town, close to everything: beaches, markets, restaurants and bars. Outdoor area with a big hot tub (private to the house), barbecue, pizza oven and stoves. The house has 3 suites, and a big living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 4 bathrooms. Besides the 3 suites we have sleeper sofas. The house is in a family-friendly gated condo with 24 hours security.
Other things to note
We have an extra dining table with 4 chairs. 5 mins walk from Praia Grande with the best sunsets.
