We offer a cozy retreat for families, couples, or small groups looking to have easy access to all the attractions, amenities, and conveniences of being in town. Easy access to paths, trails, parks, and public transportation.

A short 10-minute drive from the airport and a short distance from University of Alaska and Fort Wainwright. A quick 5- minute drive to the Annual Ice Alaska World Championship on winter and Tanana Valley State Fair on summer.

In addition to the comfortable accommodations, our vacation rental offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Stay connected with high-speed internet access, catch up on your favorite shows with Smart TV, or take advantage of the provided board games and books for entertainment.

A coin-operated washer and dryer are also available within the property for your convenience, allowing you to pack light and enjoy a stress-free vacation/work experience.

Contactless check-in and check-out process in place. Door is equipped with a unique security code entry. Guest(s) will receive a unique 4-digit code prior to their arrival.

Please note that this apartment is located on the 2nd floor and will require you to go up the stairs. If you have mobility issues, please take this into consideration.

If you have a service animal with you, please answer these two questions legally allowed by law to ask:
1. Is the animal required because of disability?
2. What work or task, has the animal been trained to perform?

A guest(s) service animal must not be:

*Out of control and housebroken.
*Left alone at the listing without prior approval.
*Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest.
*Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under guest's control.

As per Alaska law, guest(s) will remain liable for any and all damages caused by people or animal.

If you have emotional support animal, we will charge a fee of $50.00 per animal and per stay as we are a pet free rental property.

A guest(s) emotional support animal must not be:

*Out of control and housebroken.
*Left alone at the listing without prior approval.
*Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest.
*Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under guest's control.

As per Alaska law, guest(s) will remain liable for any and all damages caused by people or animal.

We will also ask for an additional cleaning fee per animal and per visit with a minimum of $50.00 and can go up depending on the amount of professional cleaning that needs to be done.

We reserve the right to do legal actions and report false claims made by guest(s).
