Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located Fairbanks home, perfectly nestled at the end of the street. Within walking distance to multiple restaurants. Just a five-minute drive to downtown. Step outside at night to catch a glimpse of the breathtaking Aurora Borealis.

Cozy furniture and decor. 55" HDTV, comfortable beds and linen. Kitchen was just remodeled! Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea. All utensils & cookware needed to prepare a home cooked meal are included. Laundry available.
The building is a duplex - you'll have your own, private half. Both sides are a Short-Term Rental.

It really is all about the little things…Sunscreen, bug spray and Kleenex - things you will need in Fairbanks, but don’t often find provided for you. What a pleasant surprise!The location is great - easy to access all the fun in town.Hosts were ready to help when needed with great communication and an easy check in.The place isn’t super fancy, but it was just what we needed. (Fairbanks just isn’t super fancy! It’s AK!)The laundry in-unit was wonderful.The kitchen had all we needed. (Reusable K cups were provided, but didn’t work well for us, so we grabbed a box of regular ones from the grocery store.) We used the electric kettle multiple times a day!Walls are pretty thin, so hope for quiet neighbors next door.Comfy beds, nice towels, pleasant stay.Thank you to our awesome hosts!

We loved staying here while visiting Fairbanks. Hosts were wonderful and the unit was stocked with everything we could need- they even provided an air purifier which helped during the wildfires. Definitely would stay here again.

The home was spacious and well-furnished! Really appreciated the salt and pepper shakers as this is something that is often forgotten! The washer/dryer were a huge bonus as was the OxyClean in the cabinet. You couldn't beat the location. It truly was central to all that we were doing in Fairbanks.
