Gorgeous Riverfront Suite with Views R3

Enjoy an upgraded mountain stay at Nicky’s Resort in one of our River Suites, located directly along the banks of Fall River just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park.

These modern rustic suites feature a king bed with plush bedding, a gas fireplace, and a 50” Roku TV for streaming. Each suite includes a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, and fast Wi-Fi.

Nicky’s Resort is a small, classic Estes Park riverfront retreat with just 22 refreshed rooms, offering a laid-back alternative to large hotels. Guests enjoy access to a seasonal outdoor pool, propane BBQ grills, riverfront seating, a wood-burning fire pit, and lawn games including cornhole and putt-putt. A full-service restaurant and bar is located just across the bridge next to the property.

The resort offers easy self-check-in and provides linens, towels, cookware, and essential amenities so you can focus entirely on relaxing. Nicky’s is ideal for guests who value location, simplicity, and an authentic Estes Park mountain experience.

This is a good place to stay if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night. If you are wanting a hotel like bathroom, this isn’t for you. The sink is small and the shower curtain blows in on you so you fight with it the whole time you are in there. I did love having a nice place to sit by the river and just relax and the pub next door is fantastic! There does appear to be some maintenance that needs done at the property. (Example: our screen door wouldn’t shut) The managers of the property are super helpful and very nice. I felt like the check in/out process was great! I would say the rate for our stay was reasonable, mainly for the location and outside views. (Most people don’t go on vacation to stay in a room!) : )

The location was awesome but the "Cabin" was a single story apartment complex that was very misleading in the description. The inside was nice however. The sink has no hot water but the shower did at least. Overall it was a good place to stay just not quite the anniversary quality that was portrayed.
