Welcome to Silver Branch Cottage, your luxury retreat on Otter Tail Lake! Escape to your own beautiful lake property on 3 private acres with 200 feet of flat sandy beachfront. This spacious 4-bedroom home (plus office with bunk beds) is perfect for family getaways. Relax in the saltwater swim spa, explore the lake with kayaks and paddleboards that we provide, or enjoy the fully stocked game room with pool, air hockey, foosball and more.

With stunning lake views, a fire pit, and a screened gazebo or rocking chairs on the covered porch for morning coffee, your vacation will be unforgettable. Ideal for swimming, boating, and nearby attractions, Silver Branch Cottage offers the ultimate Minnesota lake experience!

The cottage boasts 4 bedrooms with NEW mattresses, luxury bed sheets and towels and an office space with XL twin bunk beds. The kitchen is well appointed and large to provide for an unforgettable family vacation. We have a fire pit and provide wood for you as well as a gas grill and outside screened in sitting area. Enjoy a cup of fresh roasted NoDak Coffee we gift to all our guests on the huge back porch in the morning and enjoy that incredible lake view. For the rare rainy days you will enjoy a game room with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, and ping pong table. We also have a wide variety of popular and classic board games to create family memories. We offer some kid friendly amenities such as a folding crib, pack n play, counter seat, toys, sand toys, nugget foam mats and more! Besides the 4 bedrooms there is a main floor office perfect for kids or baby to sleep with twin XL bunks

Main floor bedrooms: Primary with 1 king size bed, guest room with queen size bed, office with twin XL bunks and a trundle.

Second floor bedrooms: Guest room with King size bed, guest room with three full size beds

Two bathrooms with shower/bathtub.

Due to Otter Tail County regulations we are not allowed to have more than 9 guests at the property (day or night). This is strictly enforced. No events during the stay.

During summer season (Memorial day to labor day) enjoy discount if you check out on Saturday.

We do not provide a boat lift. We can provide pontoon rental locations

Separate rental agreement and security outside of VRBO required as well as photo ID matching payment.

No pets or emotional support animals, no smoking on the entire premises

We have 200 feet of flat sandy beach. Our beach is protected by bulrush plants for approximately 150 feet of that frontage. 50 feet is prime for swimming and fun.

Although we have a salt water swim spa and do our best to maintain, refunds for the spa not working will not exceed $100 per day. There is a fee for cleaning the hot tub should it require full drainage and refill of $500. Guests shall report any issues or problems with the house in a timely manner and the host has 24 hours to address.
