Perfect stay, quiet, comfortable and clean. Fantastic host! Went out of her way to extend our stay an extra day. The listing is accurate its a nice quiet country house, we loved it!
If you are looking for a quiet place to get a good night’s sleep, this is the place!Amber was the perfect host. Communicated quickly. Made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!
The country mobile home was a perfect place to stay while we visited the Newberry Opera House for a concert. It was very clean. Check in was easy. They left the light on for us outside since they knew we’d arrive late. Would definitely stay again if in the area!
I actually stayed here 2 times. It was a super easy process for check in and check out. Dogs loved it, great place to walk them around with plenty of space. Host was on top of everything and always communicative. It was a pleasure to stay here.
This was our second stay in a weeks’ time. The accommodations inside and outside were great for a large family. We travelled with 6 folks and a 75 lbs lab and fit easily. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, covered parking and land to roam and keep the city noise away. Very convenient to Eastern GA and Western SC. Easy check in and great communication with the host. Hope we can stay again when we’re in the area. Thanks!
The home in Kinards is wonderful! It was large and accommodating for a family of six. The space was well kept. Communication with the host was top notch. Even though it seems a remote location, we had exact directions and landmarks to guide us in. The check-in/out process was easy. We were traveling through from Louisiana to Virginia, and would love to stay here for any further travels. Shout out to the cute calves next door! That definitely helped stamp the memory for my children. Great host, in Amber. She communicated well in advance and kept us with us during our stay to ensure our needs were met. Can’t wait to return!
The air quality inside the home was not good, it made me a little sick. The air coming out of the vents felt dirty, like the air filter hadnt been changed in a long time. There was also a wasp nest at the back door. Other than that, the place was clean and the location was beautiful.
Wonderful for us country folks, Wonderful for the dog as he is a farmboy.
The place was nicely attired with lots of items. the only thing we could say is the odor upon first entering was off putting, maybe the heat vents? the place was clean so not sure what that was.
Lots of coyote yipping at night. Loved the heifers, made us feel at home.
