The unit was in an ideal location. The restaurant on site was really nice! And it was very convenient to both the town and RMNP. Perfect in that regard. The problem we had was that it is a lower unit and there is no soundproofing in the floors. Every footstep is very loud and creaky. We got very little sleep due to the guests in the upstairs unit. I worked definitely not rent a lower unit next time.

The initial stay was a little bit Bumpy. We were able to get into the room very easy, which was great. The location instructions was accurate. Unfortunately, when we first got in there, there may have been some sort of ad issue. We checked into a room that was in process of being remodeled. But after an email to the manager, we were quickly responded to and moved to a more finished room, which turned out to be great. We are very appreciative of the timely response and very quick action to move us to a more suitable room.Overall are stay was excellent.
