A lovely little slice of paradise! Very clean, very pretty decor and extremely well appointed. The host Heather was very responsive and helpful. Hated to leave. Highly recommend!

The front door is almost impossible to open and close with all the humidity. Bathroom sink drips constantly. Patio furniture cushions need to be replaced or repaired. We bought a few actual glasses instead of plastic.

Great stay! Very quiet and relaxing, clean and as pictured. Had everything we needed. The chairs on the lanai were very comfortable, enjoyed a good amount of time relaxing there. The bed/bedroom was a great sleep. Shower had great water pressure. Beach gear was great. Loved the pool with loungers and umbrella. Sunrises not to be missed! Heather was great, easy check in and responsive to questions. Thank you for sharing your sweet space! We would absolutely book again. Note to fellow travelers: if you do book a car rental, purchase insurance coverage prior to arrival if possible. The fee for CDW was exorbitant here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, well-equipped condo, which had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Both the living room and bedroom were air-conditioned, which was particularly appreciated given the high daytime temperatures.Our host, Heather, was excellent—always responsive, helpful and accommodating whenever we had questions.Unfortunately, the beaches were under black flag restrictions for much of our stay, which meant we were unable to enjoy even a leisurely walk along the beach. While we fully appreciate the importance of safety, we felt the restrictions were somewhat excessive, particularly as they extended to simply walking on the beach. However, these measures were imposed by the local municipality and were entirely beyond the host’s control.Fortunately, the condo’s lovely swimming pool provided a very welcome alternative and was a wonderful place to cool off and relax during the hot weather.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would certainly recommend the condo to anyone visiting the area.

We loved our stay! Both the complex and unit worked perfect for us. Very clean, quiet and comfortable, with all the needed amenities. The view from that patio was priceless. The location was perfect. Excellent place that is appointed better than any other VRBO/ABB I’ve stayed in. Beautiful grounds and right on the ocean. We would definitely recommend it and we’ll stay here again when we come back. 5 stars !!!!

Unit was really nice, all the comforts of home. The location of the property couldn't have been better for beach access. Property is well maintained. We are already looking forward to returning to Mira Vista on Costa Azul :)

Great spot

Very clean and exactly as advertised. Awesome pool and right on the beach as well. I recommend giving the airport taxi drivers and uber drivers the dentist office address.

Relaxing visit to San Jose Del Cabo

Enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed. Nice touch having a Keurig so we brought our own pods! Beautiful view from the deck! Nice pool area! Very quiet and peaceful area!

Absolute Paradise

We had an incredible sunny soulful stay here. Nothing bad to say!! Stop looking and book now. Amazing balcony with sunshine all morning. Great location, walk on beach or take 4 Uber ride to local restaurant and grocery store. Would love to come back here!
