A peaceful neighborhood with evergreen trees and granite peaks, no thru traffic. Walking distance to a local bike rental shop, playground, pickle ball courts and the Village at Palisades Tahoe. Tons of hiking and biking trails on the Pacific Rim and Western Trail system. Paved trails along the river, all the way to Lake Tahoe. Very close to Commons Beach. Nearby many shops and restaurants.
