This three-story townhome is part of a new development on the edge of downtown Winter Park, placing you less than a mile from dining, shopping, fishing, the Fraser Tubing Hill, and the Fraser River Trail. You'll also be only five miles north of Winter Park Resort.

The townhome is family friendly offering a game room filled with board games, a large and stocked kitchen for family gatherings, and firepit on the third story balcony allowing you to make s'mores while hot tubbing and watching the sun set over the mountains.

Fantastic in Fraser

Spacious with all the amenities and easy access to the bus for Winter Park. The townhome is brand new with high-end appliances and decorated with style. The snow conditions were bad for skiing, but the townhome and Fraser tubing hill made for a great family trip.

Amazing place

This townhouse was pretty incredible. Fully stocked with more than we needed, everything was very clean & updated. Loved the heated garage, mud room and both hang out areas. Would highly recommend and we'll be back.
