This is an updated 1,200 square feet vacation home with vaulted ceilings, perfect for relaxation. It is conveniently located just a short walk away from a private beach access across the street. The house features a large master king suite with a private screened lanai, and a guest bedroom with twin beds. There are two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo.
The well-appointed kitchen and dining area overlook an adjoining deck, providing a lovely view while you dine. The vacation home also includes all the comforts of home, including a stack washer & dryer for added convenience.
Please note that this is a tri-plex property, so the backyard area with a common grill is shared among the units. This Vacation Home offers a perfect retreat for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation experience.
