Fishing paradise!!! House on Livingston with private dock!

Spend your days fishing, boating, or duck hunting on some of the best public waters in Texas. When you're done, tie your boat up to your private dock before heading up to the house to watch the sun set from one of two large decks overlooking the lake. Enjoy the wind through the breezeway while you prepare your catch on the grill, watch your favorite team on the the big screen, play pool, shuffleboard, or darts. Explore ashore with nearby golf, restaurants, and saloons. Forgot something? No problem, just a quick drive or walk to the store across the street.

Late summer renters need to be aware of seasonal water levels. Starting in late July the water levels can begin to drop. Below 129 feet water access from the property can be limited. We try to maintain a channel straight out from our dock to the river channel

Great place for my wife and I plus 3 - 16 year old boys to explore, play pool, shuffleboard, darts, kayak and fish for 3 days. Huge fish were seen jumping like dolphins all over the river but unfortunately none made it on the hook. Will definitely be back!

House was great for our family of 5 and our pup. Fully stocked and had everything we needed and more. The game room and decks were awesome. Owner was really nice and communicative. Definitely would recommend. The only comment would be the grass wasn't mowed and didn't get mowed while we were there. The grass was pretty tall. The view is lovely and was in a nice area on a dead-end street. Book today!

Location was good, house was as advertised. Scenery was excellent. Loved the breezeway through the garage with the pool table and TV. We only caught two fish but that was probably our fault. That's why they call it fishing lol.

Family Getaway

The house was very nice. My son met us there from Texas for the weekend . We enjoyed our stay, just wish that the water level would’ve been higher so we could have use the kayaks or get the boat to the house dock. The marina dock was about an eight minute drive in the trucks to launch the boat.

Weekend on the Lake

Great place to gather with friends. Fish weren’t biting but who cares when you have a great deck area and mancave to spend time with friends. All beds were comfortable as well.
