All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

**This is a dual occupancy home and there is a unit available for vacationing guests next to this unit. Entrances and spaces are private, there is no shared space.**

• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

Really cute little house with everything we needed for a quick weekend away! The location was excellent, with a convenience store and restaurant just a few houses down on the other side of the street. The bed and couch were comfy. It also had all the basics needed for a weekend, so we didn't have to bring things like toilet paper or parer towels. We could walk down the next street and watch the waves hitting the rocks on the shore. The main strip might be walkable on a nice day. We came in the off season, so not much was open along the strip, but it was an easy drive to the beach and the local park, and we found a great barbeque restaurant called Smoke. We will definitely come back!

Great cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean with plenty of room. Full size appliances and on site laundry are very important. It’s a short drive to the GOTL strip and lake access. It’s a little close to the road but overall great place. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time checked in on a Monday and out on Wednesday-so we have no idea of weekend traffic/noise. We were able to visit some very nice wineries, beautiful lighthouses and amazing covered bridges. We will keep this cottage in mind if we plan another visit to the area.

Very clean and updated cottage. Nice beds. Fyi- be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. And note that this is a duplex so easy to hear the people on other side. Overall though, very nice place

Great Accommodations for the price—excellent location!

My family stayed at this property while visiting relatives in the area and were really impressed by both the quality and value of the accommodations. The interior of the apartment was perfect for our family of five—the space is set up well with two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and cozy living room area. It’s really twice the space and amenities you would get in a nice hotel suite at less than half the price. The location is also ideal—just a short walk from the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip, but far enough away that the noise and crowds won’t be a nuisance. We’ll definitely stay again.

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful time the weather was perfect and our driver Daneille was a blast would highly recommend her or request her. We only had 2 small complaints the beda were uncomfortable and the house smelled of cigarette smoke but other than that we liked it
