We enjoyed a long weekend here while exploring Livermore and visiting friends in the area. Walkable or a short drive from downtown. Also close to the Arroyo Bike Trail which we explored during a morning run. The place itself is easy to find and had all the amenities we needed. Perfect little place for a small family like ours, or folks seeking two bedrooms.

This was my second stay in 6 months at Ann’s property. Both experiences were wonderful!The home is exceptionally clean and has all of the basic you’d expect. Love the gas stove, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, and outdoor space. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and about five minutes from wineries and the downtown area. Extremely convenient location if you’re there for a wine weekend like we were. Ann is a gracious host and a prompt communicator! I’ll definitely come back again!

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, very comfortable, and looked exactly like the photos and it had all that we needed to have a good stay.The location was very good. It was quiet yet the local towncenter where just 0,8 miles away to local restaurants and foodstores etc. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. It was a great place to have as a base since we where driving around to national parks and other places. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!"

This was our second time staying at Ann’s place. We were there for 3 weeks this time. Super nice place with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Good communication with Ann. Overall, our stay was quite pleasant!

Walking distance to the Thursday night farmers market and bike trail. Very clean and a comfortable backyard to sit and have drinks or a bite to eat. We made lemonade with lemons off of the tree and in general had a great stay.

This cozy and adorable little spot was not only comfortable, clean to stay in but had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked from dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker to bathroom towels and products. We travel to the area for family and work and will definitely be booking again. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.

Perfect little house for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids), well supplied, well decorated, clean, comfortable... We cooked Thanksgiving dinner for our nearby family. Had virtually everything we needed. Good communication with the host, a great time!!

My close friend and I went to Livermore for a wine tasting weekend. Ann’s property was a wonderful home base for us! Ann was a great communicator and easy to get a hold of.Cleanliness is my number one requirement, and this rental was absolutely immaculate! One of the two nights of our stay we stayed in and cooked, and loved that there's a gas stove. We also made good use of the washer and dryer which are excellent. We spent some relaxation time in the back patio area which is very spacious and private. We were both quite pleased with the beds, which are very comfortable!The location is about 5 minutes from everything we needed, grocery store, gas station, movie theater, restaurants - and about 10 minutes from both wineries we visited. Great location, and the neighborhood is lovely! I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Livermore. Our host, Ann, was very attentive during our entire stay. The property was immaculate and well-stocked with everything that we needed. The location is ideal for getting to downtown and the local wineries. We are looking forward to returning soon.
