The property was perfect. Very clean and fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and nice sitting area in the back yard. Host was responsive and a pleasure to wor with. Great location to downtown.

Perfect little house for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids), well supplied, well decorated, clean, comfortable... We cooked Thanksgiving dinner for our nearby family. Had virtually everything we needed. Good communication with the host, a great time!!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Livermore. Our host, Ann, was very attentive during our entire stay. The property was immaculate and well-stocked with everything that we needed. The location is ideal for getting to downtown and the local wineries. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Beautiful property

Our family of four had a lively time staying here when we visited for a family wedding. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The backyard is also such a wonderful relaxing oasis. Highly recommend and hope to have an opportunity for a return stay soon!!

Clean, well stocked home in good neighborhood

This house had everything we needed. It was immaculate and well stocked. Appliances were best quality, and there was even a large porcelain bathtub. I felt so comfortable here. I will definitely stay again if available when I come to Livermore in the future.

Excellent Cozy Stay

The communication from start to finish was excellent. This property lived up to its description and surpassed our expectations. Owner did not leave us lacking anything . Beds were super comfy and the place was super clean and many towels and blankets were provided. Overall an amazing stay at a charming place and we will definitely be back.

Easy access to downtown Livermore. Well-kept property. Attractive clean house. Superb air handling. Premier kitchen with lots of utensils and pans. You can really cook here. Convenient washer and drier. Fast internet.

Livermore Townhouse

Property was very comfortable. We enjoyed the private patio that is located off the kitchen. Everything that we needed was there. Clean and well-organized. Only a few blocks from the Livermore downtown area that offers lots of dining options. And several gas stations too. My brother is now going to recommend it as a place for friends to stay when they come to visit.

Sweet Stay

Lovely, clean cottage centrally located to our family and friends. A perfect size for the two of us and very comfortable. Nicely equipped with the essentials. A lovely backyard to relax in. Our host, Ann, was very accommodating with our request to arrive earlier and stay longer than originally planned. Thanks so much! We will return!

Wedding weekend stay

This two bedroom place was perfect for our visit to Livermore for a wedding at Murrieta's Well Winery. Close to wineries and to downtown. Very clean on arrival. The patio is a nice space to relax in the evening. The host, Ann, responded quickly to all our messages. The only negative is the traffic sounds from Arroyo Road. Still, I strongly recommend.

This was a great Livermore VRBO

We loved our 10 day experience in early April 2024. The little house more than met our expectations (our first visit here) on cleanliness, nice layout, exceptionally great kitchen with a comfortable couch and dining for 4. What we really celebrated was the wonderful east facing sun coming thru the blinds as we enjoyed our morning coffee. We also appreciated the hosts’ thoughtfulness in providing (1) a little white pitcher to fill the nearby coffee maker, (2) the quality of the bank of sharp knives! (in the pantry), (3) the provision of pods for the coffee, the dishwasher (a Bosch!), and pods for the clothes washer (located next to the dryer in the kitchen). We didn’t get a chance to experience the lovely patio out back — too cool to be out there. But we will next time. The house was well insulated; no noises to disrupt our sleep and located in a walkable neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Ann & Tim

This was our 2nd Stay

We continue to be really pleased with this little house, including the bright cleanliness, the comfortable beds, the lovely back yard and patio with 4 chairs & table and umbrella. What else on our second stay? This was a discovery at the micro level, rather than the previous macro level. I wished for a mirror in the back bedroom like the big one hanging in the front bedroom. My husband suggested I look in the top of the closet in his bedroom (the front one). Behold, I found a wonderful white mirror on a stand. Problem solved. Next, I found a hand held Black & Decker clothes steamer in the same closet. I had always wanted to try one of those. This item was so new that the package had not been opened. I read the manual which called for distilled water only. We did not have time to go to the store, so perhaps next time. Several other things continued to be the very thoughtful and appreciated: plenty of pods for the Kuerig coffee maker, little white pitcher for the Kuerig. Cascade liquid detergent (located under the sink) for the Bosch dishwasher, liquid laundry soap for the LG washer plus OxiClean for stain removal and BEST OF ALL: one of easiest thermostats ever to control the heating and cooling of this house. What is there to discover on our next visit? This was great. Thank you Ann.
