1/2 block off world famous Duval Street, on a quiet 2 block lane. This historic home from 1874 has been meticulously renovated.

Two upstairs Q 14" memory foam mattress bedrooms, 2 Q 14" memory foam mattress bedrooms downstairs. Each bedroom has a safe, Smart TV, Amazon Alexa, and private ensuite bath. A Q sleeper sofa with 5” memory foam mattress is in the LR. 75” Smart TV in LR, 32” Smart TV’s in BR’s, Amazon Alexa, Bose bluetooth speaker, full gourmet kitchen, rear veranda. 2 heated pools.

A CVS (24 hour) and Subway are across Truman Ave and Better than Sex desert restuarant is around the corner. Moped, bicycle, electric car rental at the entrance to Center Street. If you rent from them, they will give you free ride to airport upon departure.

Multiple restaurants, bars, dessert bars, activities and music are within walking distance.

We are the most centrally located guest accommodations close to Duval but nice and quiet!

You have access to 2 heated, shared pools, a gazebo with fun games. Use of W/D's after 5 pm. There is also a totally private outdoor shower with hot/cold water to use anytime!

I am usually around the Guesthouse daily but have housekeeping and groundskeeping/maintenance on site daily.

Rent a bike, moped or electric car if you don't feel like walking. However, you will be in walking distance of most things in Key West! There is also a bus around Old-town and there is a map of all the stops in your in-room information scannable book. Stops are just around the corner from us!

We provide all necessary cleaning supplies, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, ziplock bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, body gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion by Tommy Bahama. Daily housekeeping is provided which includes making beds, replenishing towels left on floors and replacing consumables.

Registered guest must be 25 years old or older to book during March/April (Spring Break).
