Duval Square is a charming community with shops and restaurants downstairs and secure, quiet, private residences, pool and pavilion upstairs. Although the condo includes one assigned parking space in the gated garage, you can stroll anywhere from this conveniently located condo. All of the shops, galleries, restaurants, and attractions on and around Duval Street and nearby beaches are just a leisurely stroll away.

When you enter the home you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious living room and a convenient half bath. French doors let in the natural sunshine and open to the private back deck with dining table and chairs perfect for outdoor entertaining.

On the second floor, you will find 2 bedroom suites, each with their own private bathroom and an additional private balcony off the main suite.

Bedding: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper sofa.

Spacious, Well-Located Penthouse—Ideal for Groups

Our group of eight stayed in the penthouse and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, and the accommodations were excellent. We especially appreciated having four bathrooms—it was great that each couple had their own space.

Retirement vacation

We had 10 in our group but are all assorted relatives. This condo not only accommodated our large group but was spacious and a nice kitchen . The 4.5 baths were nice as each bedroom had their own. Very clean and had all the touches of home!! Being right next to Duvall St was convenient! We used the pool several times too and it was very clean as well! Great place and staff at check in were nice too!

Amazing place - perfect for our vacation

The property is just as advertised. Beautiful, clean and spacious. In a quiet area with great security. The communication while making our reservation and check in was impeccable. They provided detailed and accurate information and were very helpful during the check in process. The location on Duval was walking distance to everything. The set up was perfect for our group of 2 couples and 3 singles with enough space for us all to hang out and watch the game and not be on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again. and it doesn't hurt that the restaurant below the complex has bottomless mimosas and bloody marys.....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we would definitely come back to this property. Many things were in good shape, the kitchen was well appointed. Only recommendations would be property upkeep in a few areas. Bath fan not working in upstairs twin room, upstairs queen is in need of new mattress, carpet in upstairs hall needs replacing, a couple light bulbs needed replacing.

Beautiful Property on Duval Street

The property was perfect for our group of 6 adults. We could walk to everything. The pool was nice too. Only problem was the elevator broke Friday night and wasn't fixed by our checkout time on Monday morning. Lots of trips down the stairs to our cars.

Key West Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property with our group of 10. The location was perfect. Close enough to everything to walk to restaurants, shopping, the Hemingway house and to the marina where we took a sunset excursion. The property is far enough off of Duval street for relaxing but close enough to walk to any activity. The property had plenty of room for everyone with 4 bedrooms and a family room and a big kitchen tabke for breakfast and take out dinner at home. We would recommend this property and would definately stay here again.

Great rental for Family or group

We had a family wedding in key West and stayed in the Penthouse. The penthouse is a large rental with ample room to stretch out. The Duval Street location is great, close to Hemingway House and a short stroll to Southernmost Point. No major issues. I think this was a recent renovation so everything was very new. Some minor problems that were inconsequential and taken care of by the rental agency. The circular staircase was a bit hard to navigate with luggage but we found we could simply step out onto the lower balcony and use the back stairs to go up.

Perfect place for families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a great time. It was very spacious and plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy each other. It did tend to get a little warm upstairs during the hot Florida summer days however The rooms were equipped with plenty of fans, which helped cool things off. We would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend anyone else staying in the keys to take a look at this place and enjoy.

Excellent property

We loved our stay on Duval. The property was clean and well stocked. We loved that we were within walking distances of great restaurants and shops. We have our older children with us so we felt safe with them Venturing out by themselves as well. Pool and outside areas well maintained as well. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Paid a tremendous amount. Carpets and apolstered furniture were very filthy. This includes kitchen chairs, couch, and all 4 side chairs in living/family room. Could visibly see brown dirt stains on all. Ceiling in kitchen leaked for all heavy rains as well as under front door. Kitchen table was horribly sticky. This is due to wear and cleaning. Couldn’t even play cards because we couldn’t pick them up. Additionally elevator broken and pool undergoing maintenance. Shouldn’t have to pay for amenities not available. And having to carry luggage and coolers what a dangerous mess. Toaster on left side tripped breaker every time Outside patio had rotting wood. . Definitely not worth the giant price tag.

Absolutely incredible

The property was better than the pictures looked! The beds were comfortable, there were so many bathrooms, and it’s so central we could have walked everywhere (if it wasn’t for the brutal heat in Key West when we stayed). They gave us 2 parking spots, and were quick to respond when we needed help with something (like asking for an extra blanket). Plenty of towels for your trip and overall a great experience. The only complaint anyone had was the mattress in the sleeper sofa was uncomfortable, but they slept the subsequent nights on the sofa unopened and said it was great! 10/10 would stay here again! PS there’s a bumper pool table under the poker table!
