It is located directly oceanfront on one of the best stretches of beach in Wild Dunes. At low tide small tidal pools often form, making it the perfect spot for the children to search for sea treasures such as sand dollars, small fish, and crabs. Direct access to the beach is easy from 35 Beach Club Villa which features a wonderful screened porch with stairs leading you directly to the beach path. The beachfront screened porch is a very special place where you and your family will want to gather when not at the beach or the private pool for Beach Club Villa guests. Games, coffee, or a family meal are even more special when you can hear the surf and feel the southwest breeze on the screened porch at "Beachfront Bliss."

The cheerful interior of 35 Beach Club Villa is bright and colorful. The living, dining, and kitchen areas feature a spacious open floor plan, maximizing ocean views. Flat-screen televisions are featured in the living area, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. The master bedroom on the upper level is highlighted by its oceanfront deck providing spectacular views of the Atlantic and a perfectly private place to soak up the sun or enjoy an evening cocktail. A sitting area, a new king bed, and a private bath with double sinks are all featured in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom on the upper level of 35 Beach Club Villa offers both a queen and a twin bed with a private bath. The lower-level guest bedroom now features a King bed and private bath.

Although 35 Beach Club Villa is ideally situated on a quiet stretch of beautiful Wild Dunes beach, it is only a short bike ride to several restaurants, a marina, a playground, and the Sand & Sea Spa.

During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
