Amazing home and location. Super easy check in and super clean. AC and Wifi worked beautifully. Alex was awesome communicating with and provided great recommendations. Pool was fantastic! Several restaurants close by. Close to tons of attractions, beach, jungle and San Juan.

Great stay! Clean house. Easy communication with host. Each room had its own AC unit, which was nice. The pool was lovely. And the golf cart was one of my favorite amenities. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Coco Paradise was perfect. The owners were incredibly communicative and went out of their way to make sure we were well informed about both the home and the neighborhood. They were also very helpful in sharing thoughtful recommendations for everything from restaurants to activities.The layout worked perfectly for our family, with separate bedrooms for our 18- and 21-year-old sons, giving everyone plenty of space and comfort. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again.

We had a wonderful trip to Puerto Rico with our family of two adults and two children under 10. Gladys and alex were incredibly communicative and gave great recommendations on places to eat and how to access the island. The home itself is beautiful and the perfect place for a week of relaxation. The pool is amazing and the golf cart was a huge plus for the kids! Incredible stay cannot recommend more highly

This house was so clean and well kept which is always very much appreciated when away from home. The space is efficient and has so many things to make your vacation easy. Plenty of towels, bathroom/shower supplies. Laundry is awesome and there was even laundry detergent to use. The host were so helpful and very easy and reliable with communication. The location was great, and near many neat areas/beaches/restaurants and El Yunque.

We truly enjoyed this property! The location was great for us - close to plenty of golf and other adventures while having plenty of dining and coffee shops near by. We had an absolutely amazing stay! This was one of the most family-friendly vacation rentals we’ve ever experienced. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed for our kids, which made traveling so much easier and more enjoyable.There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, and thoughtful amenities throughout the property. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the home comfortable at all times, even during the hottest parts of the day.The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into making guests feel at home. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway. The house was exactly as advertised. The pool was nice to cool down in. The covered patio provided nice shade. The golf cart was nice to take to the small private beach near the golf course. We did a lot of exploring on the east side of the island so this was a perfect location and an easy drive from the airport. Alex was great with his communication and was always prompt in responding to questions. He went above and beyond!

The host was very attentive, checked with us often to make sure everything was ok. The house was and clean, with clear instructions about how everything worked. The pool and golf cart are great enhancements to this property. The golf cart made it so easy to go to the resort for dinner and not have to get in the car and drive somewhere. The host answered any questions we had in a very timely manner.

Alex was an incredible host! He refunded us 200 because the power was out one of the nights of our stay (absolutely unpredictable and not his fault), as well as arranged for a laundry service (twice) when the washing machine broke down. Alex also secured a same-day delivery of a charger I needed at no charge. We've never had such attentive service. The house was immaculate, beautiful, roomy, and included everything we could possibly need. Alex offered great recs for local food. The pool was fantastic and we used it for hours daily. Would love to come back, could not speak highly enough of the experience.

We loved the pool despite the fact that it is not heated. Our 6 month old really like the jets in the shallow end.We did not use the hot tub. We never found the controls to turn on the jets and it wasn’t heated anyway. Its ok though as we didn’t really want to use it.

House is safe, clean and really well appointed. We cooked on the grill and in the kitchen often. Pool was refreshing and really clean. Beds very comfortable and air conditioning was great! Golf tournament

The house was wonderful. Comfortable and convenient to the Grand Reserve golf course (1 minute by car and inside the main resort gate). It is also a great location for exploring northeast part of Puerto Rico. The pool was fantastic in the afternoon after golf or exploring. The owners were proactive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful vacation home

The home is beautiful, clean and close to places. It is a great location. The host was quick to respond when i had questions. Our only concern was with the noise ordinance being 9pm. We had to hear dogs barking all night. The golf cart was great, but the beach was different, not what we expected. Overall, ths home was great, we felt safe and loved having the pool.

We loved our stay here! The space was very clean and well maintained, and all the rooms had AC units. The pool was very clean as well. We loved having a golf cart to ride around the property and go to the beach. Coco beach was a very short golf cart ride away (less than 10mins).The hosts were great too. They were very quick to respond and helpful in giving recommendations to restaurants, coffee shops, beaches etc. We had a flat tire and they were very responsive and helpful in figuring out how to get help. I would definitely plan to stay here again when we are back in Puerto Rico.

Family Spring Break with Teens

The house was very clean and exactly as described in the listing along with a few extra things provided for daily needs. Our only complaint is that occasionally we did not have hot showers with six of us there showering. The gated community is nice and secure but wish it was easier to walk out and about

Also, we wanted to let you know that we've now replaced the pedestrian gate card, which unfortunately wasn't available during your stay. This should make it much easier for guests to walk in and out of the community going forward. Many of our past guests have really enjoyed taking leisurely sunset walks and getting some exercise around the lush grounds of the nearby golf club, and we hope future guests can now enjoy that more easily too. Our slice of paradise

Alex and Gladys were two of the most accommodating and helpful hosts we have ever had. The house was amazing Spacious and clean in a wonderful gated areal. they helped us with everything from finding things to do to making sure that we had everything we needed. the pool was absolutely amazing and we walked to the beach every morning for sunrise. If you are looking for a beautiful house with a pool and golf cart near some of the most magical parts of Puerto Rico, then Coco Paradise is the place to be. We cant wait to come back and stay at Coco Paradise again. It was truly an amazing experience. If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Thanks to Alex and Gladys for one of the most memorable vacations we have ever had. Adios por ahora.

Perfect Vacation Getaway!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Alex and Gladys were and how great the house was for our Spring Break vacation! Check in process was very easy and hosts were very detailed. Upon arrival at the house it was extremely clean and the setup was beautiful! There was a previous review about ants, but I can say we were careful to make sure we didn’t leave any food out and we did not see a single ant in the house! The neighborhood was very quiet, which we enjoyed with having 3 kids under 12 years old. The pool was perfect and although it was not heated, the days were hot enough where the kids would swim for hours in the afternoon. Alex was always very quick to respond to any questions I had regarding restaurant recommendations or activities. The location of the house was perfection! We did El Yunque, bio bay tour, catamaran to Vieques and Old San Juan. I would recommend Alex and Gladys and this house to any of my friends or family going to Puerto Rico! Beautiful house, wonderful hosts and great, quiet location! Thank you for a wonderful week Alex and Gladys!

Tough to Rate this Property

As best as I can tell, this property has recently been renovated. It is both stylish and well equipped. It is sleek and modern. It was clean and well organized. It did have some stuff which would have made our stay more enjoyable such as a different option for coffee instead of a Neopresso/espresso machine which we could not seem to get to work properly. No instructions were found for the pool/hot tub heater. We did our best try and figure out that thermostat but no luck. While there was an abundance of towels, we could not find any wash cloths. I realize some of this is kind of picky, but none the less it detracted from our stay. The neighborhood was a concern. While gated, it had a mixed bag of homes in various condition from well maintained to some which were in serous disrepair and some looked abandoned. We weren’t sure what to make of the signs at the gate stating NO SHORT TERM RENTALS since we were… a short term rental. Communication with the owners was quick when we reported an ant problem, but a professional exterminator is probably a better option than a can of RAID left by the door. We had an issue with the water for the majority of the first day. Owner stated the city had turned it off because of sediment in the system caused by all the rain. We were given a $100 credit.

During your visit, Puerto Rico had severe weather, causing rare water pressure loss in the entire town. Our area experienced minimal impact, with low pressure for a few hours. Nonetheless, we understand this can be frustrating, and we're installing an emergency water cistern to prevent this in the future. Regarding the ant situation, it's common on tropical islands, but we're equipped to handle it when authorized to enter the rental during a guest's stay. It's worth noting that our place is regularly treated with professional-grade extermination products to ensure a pest-free environment. Our rental is in a prime location, close to the beach with a rich history, but some nearby privately owned properties are in a state of transition of ownership and renovation. We provide beer, water, and coffee pods as a courtesy to our guests. We will consider expanding offerings. Your feedback is crucial for ongoing improvements to enhance future guests' experiences.
