There is a focus on a tantalizing outdoor living space that is a covered stamped concrete patio that overlooks the river. This outdoor living space is set up with outdoor furniture including an eating area, grill, outdoor couches, tv and firepit. The home has a very open floor plan, but also individual space to provide entertainment or even a quite sitting area depending upon the needs of various guests. The home is fully appointed and offers incredibly fast internet for devices and the need to conduct business if necessary on vacation. This property is located about 20 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area, which typically receives the most snow in Colorado. The Legendary Rio Grande Club golf course is about 5 minutes away and the property is located on a "Gold Medal" section of fly fishing water. Beautiful Mountain Home

Our group of 11 stayed here for a ski vacation and had a blast! The house is beautiful, modern, and spacious. The layout is excellent for multiple families, all the beds were super comfortable, and the large hangout spaces and fossball table upstairs were a hit with the kids and teens.

Fantastic!

The house is beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. We all had the best time and we were not on top of each other. The kitchen is well stocked and every person loved their bed! We loved the town and the location to skiing and sledding. We want to go back next year.FYI- if you truly need 5 bedrooms, this is more of a 4+ bedroom house. The last bedroom is the media room also. Do not let that stop you from renting. It’s a gorgeous home!

Great house!

Loved the house, perfect size and location for a 3 family, family ski trip to Wolf Creek. Extremely clean and everything we needed. Finishes and contents were higher end than most rentals we’ve stayed at, but the best part was the number of bathrooms. Will stay again for sure!
