Historic one bedroom Home- Walk to Downtown

Visiting Gainesville for UF sports, graduation, Shands, or sightseeing? We have the perfect place for you. Located in the historic district of downtown Gainesville
Walk to downtown bars and restaurants. 10 minutes drive from La Chua Trail (a Florida State Park) where you are guaranteed to see 1 to 100 alligators.

***Bedroom has a King bed, in addition there is a queen air mattress to sleep a total of 4. Please let us know at time of booking if you will need the air mattress.

The owners live next door to the house, and can be easily reached via phone and e-mail.

Also, please note that the `convertible bed` is a queen sized blow-up mattress (with linens and pillows provided) and can be placed in the living room/ couch area. Pack-n- plays can fit in the bedroom. The house is 775 SF heated/ cooled).

Guests have whole house and also access to the shared, beautiful backyard (shared with owners and 1 other rental house).

I am available and also have a maintenance team available for any help needed.

Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
