Crafty place leaning rustic. Has a circular driveway and place to park a boat trailer which was great for our fishing trip. Property manager is close by and hopefully can get the tub drain flowing quickly.

Hi jonathan, we are glad that you enjoyed the place and we had a plumber come in right after you left and found that someone prior to your visit had apparently cleaned fish in the upstairs bathtub which caused the blockage. It's flowing great now! We are sorry for that inconvenience though, it's what we go through sometime.

My husband and cat had a great time at this location…. We enjoyed the lake front with ducks, turtles and a couple small alligators that behaved themselves. The home was well stocked with what we needed for the week and the neighbor property host was great with answering questions or addressing any needs…. Would love to stay again sometime.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in Georgetown. The place was very clean and very private. Mr Paul gave us a tour of the house. When we arrived Sunday evening, a large tree had blown across the road and cut the power for several hours. Mr Paul came and brought flashlights and kept us up to date. Our hosts credited us for that night. Very nice stay!

Quiet, rustic, off the beaten path. Perfect for fishing access at the South Island landing. Communication with hosts was quick and easy. Paul the caretaker met us to show us around even though we arrived late and was friendly and helpful. Thanks!

This place is amazing! The perfect getaway near the coast. Everything has a rustic handmade charm and the place is well kept. Paul was awesome and showed us everything when we got there and is nearby if you need anything. The pond has great fishing!!! Caught 3 bass(one was a good 4lbs!), a few shiners, some panfish and also met the resident alligator!(don’t worry, he’s a little guy and doesn’t bother you if your nice to him) The AC and heat worked great, the house was comfortable and functional for our needs. Cellular reception is not very good out the and the WiFi is spotty in some rooms but it makes for a separation from regular life. Overall, this place is one of the best I’ve been to in this area and I hope to return someday.

We absolutely love this property! This is our second stay and we'll be back. Clean. Great location. Quiet. Well equipped. We can't say enough. Our only wish is that we could do 2 night stays. This isn't a deal breaker, but perhaps it keeps out the rifraff. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to come back!
