This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is updated, cozy and charming with many of the comforts of home. The front porch has rockers to decompress and enjoy the scenery. The back patio looks out into a large meadow where local wildlife can occasionally be spotted.

The house has a living room and a dining room with a table that will seat 6. The family room has a Smart TV, gas log fireplace and comfy seating. The family room and kitchen is an open concept. The eat-in kitchen will seat up to 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, pots, pans, bakeware, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and drip coffee maker.

You will have the entire house to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party. Positioned 10 minutes from North Greenville University and 28 minutes from Furman University, this home is ideal for parents’ weekends, sporting events and graduations. This rural getaway is also convenient to Greenville, Spartanburg, Landrum, Tryon and Ashville- making it ideal for a peaceful getaway, vacation or stop-over. There is ample parking on the property.

I especially enjoyed the serenity of this once family home. It had all the accommodation necessary for our family. Clean as a whistle. I’d definitely rent again. The only downside is there is no dishwasher. Which I didn’t realize until I got in there. I spent two days washing dishes by hand. Otherwise a perfect setting

Great place!!

This house was really beautiful and cozy. Great for families. Clean and well stocked. The single issue we had was the lack of WiFi so no TV on Thanksgiving day which was an issue for some of us but not everyone. The yard is huge and great for kids to runaround and play. Would highly recommend.

We were hosting a rehearsal dinner in the area and spending the weekend for our son’s wedding. The house was perfect location to stay for these events! Everything we needed was provided and everyone had their own space. Sitting on the back patio was so relaxing! The house is well maintained and beautifully decorated.
