Cottage style remodeled home inside , Outside needs paint but don't let it fool you. This Cozy Cottage style has wood floors and leather seating and a 55 inch smart TV , fully stocked kitchen, new garden tub and shower, and bedroom has plush mattress, finer sheets and also a smart TV. Second bedroom currently closed for personal storage
Enjoy the view from your patio rocking chairs, listen to nature sounds while sitting around the fire pit in the huge back yard or relish the private dock for fishing , jumping into spring fed water, kayaking or canoeing , or star gazing!
Peaceful and quiet, have fun but respect our friendly neighbors. Minutes from many of central Florida's many attractions and activities. Snowbirds welcome to long-term rental discount rate!

There is no lifeguard. You must swim at your own risk no diving off dock. Return all chairs, and all items brought onto deck end of each day. .
Please keep pets off the furniture, do not allow your pet wet in house. hose them down/ towel dry them off. Floors /furniture cannot get wet.
This house is on a septic system. Please be cautious of chemicals, used and rinse all sand off outside before coming into house.
