It’s a 1/2 block from various outdoor fitness; tennis, basketball, and track. It’s a corners walk to the marina. Two blocks from AC’s famous Kelsey n Kim’s and Gilchrist restaurants. All casino’s are 3-12 min away w/Oceans Resort the closest. AND the World’s Largest Indoor Water Park only 4-minutes away!
