House was awesome in quiet neighborhoods.It was clean.Everything was perfect except in listing it said 2 twin bunk bed but it was just 1 only.We all enjoyed staying here.

Truly great and calm location. Literally blocks away from the boardwalk. The owner is very responsive and the home was very very clean and spacious.Their refrigerator is not working and a mini fridge was provided instead which is good to know for anyone who is actually wanting to cook food during their stay.Besides the fridge issue everything was beautiful and peaceful.

Hi, I do apologize but our amenities do not include a washer , dryer and garage usage. We do allow our guest to use the driveway and the back yard driveway parking that fit an estimated 5-6 cars total. That you for being great guest.

The house looked just like the pictures, and at first glance it seemed like a nice place for a weekend stay. However, once we started looking more closely, it became clear that the property was not well maintained or properly cleaned.The shower curtains, rugs, and inside of the toilets were dirty. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and although a dishwasher was listed as an amenity, it did not work. Several of the plates and pieces of cutlery were also dirty when we went to use them.There were also multiple maintenance issues throughout the house. The curtains and blinds were falling apart when we tried to use them, and it appeared that some had previously been broken and poorly repaired. On our first night, one of the beds suddenly collapsed while two people were sleeping on it. When we looked underneath, it was obvious that it was missing screws and had not been properly secured.Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the customer service. When we contacted the hosts about the bed and dishwasher, our concerns were immediately dismissed. No one offered to come inspect or address either issue. Instead, we were simply told, “the sink works,” which did not address the problems we had reported.What is especially frustrating is that we are now being charged for the damage to the bed, even though the bed was clearly not properly assembled or maintained to begin with. The house is very beautiful—there is plenty of space for a large family. It is very clean and very pleasant; I highly recommend it. The location is super quiet.
