If you want wooded serenity off the beaten path, this is it. A hidden gem in the piney woods away from noise and lights with a pretty pond also. The cabin is cozy and so nicely decorated, very comfortable for our party of four.

Beautiful, quiet setting. No camera tricks in these photos. Comfortable, warm and inviting. Like new furnishings. Great wifi and streaming services. Giant thick bath sheets, everything you could need is furnished except for the food and snacks. The private pond is spring fed, the fish are a treat to feed and watch. The Host is simply a sweetheart. You will Love this place.

Charming cottage. Perfect location near Palestine train depot. Very clean & well stocked. Management was friendly & quick to reply. Our grandson loved feeding the catfish in the pond & watching them. Spotted deer in the mornings . Would stay here again.

Great relaxing stay

The property was ideally situated and had all.the amenities one can expect in an off beat location. Close to the town but far away to feel truly relaxed. My family was there for the Polar Express train ride but had plenty to in the house in our downtime too. My family had a lovely stay and yours will too.
