My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. It was just perfect for us. It was especially great that I could bring my 2 little fuzzies. Location was close to everywhere we wanted and needed to go.
Walking into this house is like walking back into history! This 1940's house has been lovingly & faithfully restored to its era. From the original kitchen cabinets, to the hardwood floors, doors & woodwork, the detail is absolutely incredible. If you love historical homes, you should definitely consider a stay here!Linda is a dream host. She was in constant communication, had coffee brought to me when & I ran out, and had everything I needed in it. I highly recommend staying at any of her properties!
This beautiful vintage house is well maintained, beautiful inside and well located to the center of town. Our communication with the host was easy. The host was vert nice and always checked on us. We will definitely stay there again.
The house was very nice. The rooms looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have covered parking.I'm a light sleeper, so the road noise was an issue. Luckily, I carry earplugs when I travel. We enjoyed the Smart TV.
We came up for a guided fishing trip & the house was close distance to the lake which made it nice. The house was very comfortable & the host was great at communicating!
We loved the 1940 style home, especially the large dining room and living room. It was nice to have two bathrooms and so many closets. The covered parking came in handy. The cozy house was perfect for our stay.
We were the first to stay in this home. The were a few minor kinks that can easily be remedied. The home is newly remodeled and has a great layout for a relaxing stay. The welcome bag and basket of goodies was a thoughtful plus.
The house was redone extremely well. We enjoyed the large space the house has and how well it is appointed.. This is the best place to stay in this area. Linda was very helpful during our stay. She is the best host we've experienced. Thank you. Hope to stay again!
I was super happy with this house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to find, check-in was a breeze, the homeowner was very accomodating, and the carport and covered porch were great bonus features. The house sits close to a main road so there is a little road noise, but not enough to keep me from staying here again. If I'm ever back in the Frankston area, this is were I would want to stay.
Great house for a family gathering! Linda, the host, is very easy to communicate with. I love that it is a 1940’s Tudor left in mostly original condition with modern conveniences! I’m grateful for weekend rentals in the area as it is a small town.😊
This was a very nice house for a twosome while visiting Frankston. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs/messages. There is a fair amount of road noise throughout the night from semi traffic.
The property is quaint and has charm. Brought back some nostaglia of my childhood being at my grandparents. Simple, clean. Being off a main street, it can be a little noisy, but the location of being in a small town, theres not a lot of traffic.
This is my second time staying at this VRBO home and we just love that it’s quiet when returning after a long day at the lake with family…communication with the Homeowner is just great. I look forward to returning to this home again. It’s very convenient, it’s only 12 mins from family vacation n Bullard, TX.
Thank you Linda. Until the next time my dear.
Communication with the HO was excellent. She was very kind and always offered to help if we needed anything, to just reach out to her. Easy access to family that live in Bullard and Tyler Texas. The home was absolutely amazing very welcoming pleasing felt like I was at home. For future visits to family in Tyler we will definitely be looking to stay at again. Thank you Linda for being so kind and if it's God's will, we look forward to staying in your beautiful home again in the future. Many blessings.
The house is very cozy and fit our needs perfectly. It was family friendly, our 11month old grandson had fun crawling on the Living room floor and opening all the doors to the end tables and hiding his bottle or toys in them. The carport came in handy as one night it rained really hard and our cars stayed dry.
