Step back in time at this quaint 50's style mayberry cottage by the lake. Whether you'd like to enjoy the quiet view from the window seat in the master bedroom or fish by dock with friends and family, this cottage is sure to meet all your needs. Featured in this cozy 2B1B cottage is a secondary sitting that also doubles as a bedroom/desk area, a screened in porch, a huge backyard for kids to play, and a boathouse for your boat. Come enjoy everything this cottage by the lake has to offer.

Please feel free to text me if you need anything; I am just minutes away.
-Pets allowed with a 100$ non-refundable fee. (Dogs only)
-No pets allowed on the beds/linens
-All trash must be bagged.
-Strip used beds for checkout.
-White towels for indoor use only.
-Do not put charcoal in gas grill!
-Propane tank available upon request (not filled)
-Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house
-Clean kitchen before check out(11am)

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out is at 11 am. We kindly ask that you leave a clean kitchen, strip used beds, make sure all trash is bagged and dispose of in garbage can by the curb.
You can leave the key in the windowsill. Thank you so much for staying with us. I hope you enjoyed your stay

The cottage is charming! The backyard runs right down to the lake. The boat dock was terrific, and during the time we were there, very little boat traffic. A very quiet spot on the lake.

We had an excellent stay. The property is a little older but the price reflects that and it is well maintained and cared for. Great communication from the host. Beautiful view and access to the lake right out the back door that can’t be beat, fishing off the dock and firepit nighttime vibes. Our puppy was in heaven as well - we would absolutely stay here again - 10/10!

Our family really loved this place. It is very homey and inviting. The backyard leading right into the lake was amazing. Communication with the host was always prompt when we had questions. The dogs loved running around. We would definitely love to come back.

Property was everything it was advertised as, and even more. Perfect location and very quiet. Host was extremely helpful, and we plan on coming back many times. It is perfect for adults with small kids or adults only.

Relaxing property in a great location.

This property was clean and provided all the amenities needed. Also, the property was situated in a great location, close to a variety of public boat ramps and in a wind-protected cove. The boat house made it convenient to dock the boat and break for lunch.
