Best Lake House Ever!

The house was everything and more! Beautiful lake view, beautiful shop that has everything you need and our kids absolutely loved it as well! We are already planning our next trip!

Great spot for a family getaway!

We stayed in February. Although the weather was cold and rainy, we had a great time. The hot tub and shop amenities were perfect for keeping everyone entertained. The boat slot and public ramp made it easy to access our boat. We highly recommend this spot on Lake Livingston.

Epic Birthday Vacation

Lazy weekend on the lake for my husbands 50th birthday. Friends and family came in and out all weekend, we watched football and listened to music in the barn, watched the sun rise on the porch, and took our boat out on the lake.

4th of July & Birthdays

The house was perfect for our gathering! Loved the decorations! We weren’t exactly sure what all would be provided but they literally had every single thing we would have needed!! Seasonings, snacks, extra blow up bed, beach towels .. the list goes on & on!! Definitely a 5 star property & property owner!!

It's a unique place, a bit of a "compound" with lots of parking. The main house is 2-story 4-2 with nice porches and decks, comfortable beds and furniture, and good wifi access. The 5th bedroom is its own side-building with a fairly noisy window unit. The third building is a spacious barn / game room / hangout area with barbecue pit and hot tub, but the lack of AC limits its use during the day when it's hot. Boat ramp is one house over, which was extra nice since we brought a boat, and the parking space was deep enough to accommodate a truck and boat trailer. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were super-nice.
