The third bedroom has a full size bed with twin trundle that can sleep 3, a closet, a crib/daybed, and a private walk-out patio door.

The 4th bedroom also welcomes you with a Queen size bed, a closet, and a desk for your office work/studying.

A fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, double ovens, dishwasher, a large pantry area and wood cabinetry throughout allows you to prep like a chef! Enjoy hosting your guests while they sip a margarita on the peninsula island.

Enjoy chilling in the living room with a 65' ROKU TV and super-fast 1.5G Wi-Fi for streaming all your favorite shows.

A BBQ for grilling outdoors, large sectional, dining set & a gas fireplace on a 20X10 deck awaits you in a peaceful intimate backyard. We also have a 72x12 kiddie pool at your disposal. Need to get some work done? You'll find a dedicated office space with printer that allows you to work and make calls away from any distractions.

Laundry room comes with Samsung washer/dryer and all essentials.
