Enjoy the unbroken seclusion and raw, aesthetic beauty of our stunning 11 acre lot, where wild animals such as deer and turkey roam amongst the towering treetops. However, the true gem of our house is in the backyard, featuring a spacious patio deck for friends & family to enjoy outdoor cookouts as well as a swimming pool to cool off from the sun.

There are 11 beds available:
• Bedroom 1- Twin bunk beds (4 beds + 2 roll-away beds underneath)
• Bedroom 2- Queen size mattress (1 bed)
• Bedroom 3 -Queen size mattress, roll away + sleeper futon (3 beds)
• Bedroom 4- Queen sized mattress (1 bed)

**EVENTS ARE ALLOWED BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CHARGE $1000 FEE FOR EVENT USE**

• Pool is not heated
• Please review Things to know / House rules for information on bringing a pet and general awareness on extended rules and policies
• Guests may park freely on the open property.
• Guests booking with no reviews or negative reviews will require an additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay given that there are no issues or any damages.

NOTE: We're using WELL WATER. Please be advised that the water coming out might have a smell. Aerator is there to try and get rid of the smell and it's normal and safe to use
