Our Elkhorn townhome provides the ultimate vacation getaway. Situated right on the Elkhorn Golf Course, the views are amazing. Enjoy all the Elkhorn amenities; golfing privileges, tennis and pickleball courts, swimming pools and hot tubs. Hiking, biking, skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, x-c skiing , ice skating and most any other mountain activity one might desire are all right here.
Kitchen is well equipped for making meals to enjoy at home.
The townhome has new hardwood floors upstairs where you'll find an updated kitchen and office nook opening onto a dining room and spacious living room with soaring ceilings. The feeling is open, airy and cozy with a fireplace and large screen tv. It's the perfect place to gather with family and friends.
The upper level deck boasts a gas grill and table and chairs for warm weather outdoor dining.
Downstairs are two king size bedrooms and two baths. Both bedrooms have large closets where you can stow all your 'stuff'. Laundry is no problem, there's a washer and dryer! Off the master bedroom is the lower deck which has two Adirondack rocking chairs where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee overlooking the golf course and the mountains or an evening drink marveling at the alpine glow.
Sun Valley and Ketchum have world class dining, shopping, entertainment and art.

A Week in Sun Valley

Condo was lovely. Very comfortable with a western decor. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. Had to drive to hot tub, but it was nice and hot with steam and sauna.

The property was as listed. A very nice place to stay with plenty of room.

The condo was very well stocked with all cooking supplies and the most important coffee maker. It is just a short drive to the river run base area about 10 min. The hot tub is a few blocks away. There is a changing room with showers that makes it nice.

SV Ridge condo

Perfect place to enjoy both the beauty of the location and the ease of access to public transportation and never needing to hassle getting parking space at the ski area. Unit was well equipped with any kitchen needs stocked and comfortable living room furniture as well. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to be back with family next time

Wonderful property

We were in town for a wedding and this property was just perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals in. The deck and lower level outdoor space was great for eating outside and just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. Quiet neighbors and easy to ride bikes into Ketchum for shopping and meals outs. We will be back!

Awesome Place! Great Location on free bus system

Excellent Place! Fully furnished with all the the necessary things needed for an extended stay. Perfect location even without a car. Just a short walk to the free bus system that takes you to the village,town or drops you off at the slopes. My wife and I along with 2 teenage daughters stayed here for 8 nights. The place was great and very nicely redone. Would recommend to anyone.. Thanks for the great Place and look forward to booking again.

Plenty of space

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. There was plenty to do nearby and the kitchen was well stocked. The weather was pretty warm when we were there, but the nights cooled off very nicely. We packed a couple of fans to help with the heat during the day. Our boys said the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but most sofa beds are. Overall...convenient, well kept, and the owner was great to work with.

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo, it's very spacious and comfortable and close to everything. The only feedback I would give is on the location that is listed upon check-in. The address was not quite accurate, it's listed as the condo number and then the condo unit name but that address does not come up in any GPS. We spent about 30 minutes driving around looking for it until we realize that address didn't exist. Thankfully our host answered the phone to help us late on a Sunday night. But if you are like us and cannot find the place, you want to be looking for the ridge condos, not the address that's listed in the booking.

Needs More Attention to Detail & A Deep Cleaning!!

This place was not one of the best we've stayed at in Sun Valley & we wouldn't rent from this condo or association again. This condo DESPERATELY needs a good deep cleaning & maintenance. The attention to detail for guests is very much lacking! No paper towels & not enough toilet paper so we bought our own. Half the fridge door shelves were occupied. Hand soaps were only 1⁄4 full. Lamps in the master bedroom didn’t work so our room was dark. Master patio curtains don't cover all the way so people can see in. Master bathroom tub-shower clogged & didn't drain while showering. Both bathroom sink stoppers didn’t work properly & would not drain. Our feet were BLACK walking around barefoot. At first arrival I found a small button battery sitting on the master bath counter. Glad I found that before my young children! Random junk in the bathroom drawers like construction samples & items from previous renters. Some drawers in the bathrooms & the kitchen are not on tracks & just drop. Linens feel old. We found blood stains on the actual pillows themselves. Those should be thrown out & replaced! Too many things needed moved out of the way so we could functionally use tables & furniture. 2 parking passes are provided but our bike carrier was not allowed to use one of the passes because it was considered a “trailer”.

Annalee, I know you were disappointed in parking situation. That is a typical condo rule. If you had let me know of plumbing problems, I could have had a plumber come straight away. I’m sorry you were disappointed. I do leave condiments in refrigerator door. Most folks are appreciative of finding them. The bathroom drawers contain the rather unusual light bulbs for the fixtures there. Thank you for your feedback.

This unit is located at the top of The Ridge subdivision in Elkhorn allowing for nice mountaintop views from the back deck (which also faces the golf course). The kitchen is furnished with EVERYTHING anyone could possibly need, the beds are comfortable and the furnishings reflect a charming western motif. We enjoyed the ease of getting into Ketchum and the myriad of fantastic hikes in the area. Communication with the owner is great.

Nice accommodations and excellent location

Property is located a short drive from Sun Valley. Ample parking is available a short walk from the condo. Bedrooms are located downstairs and living room, kitchen and dining room are located upstairs. Nice accommodations but some furniture is due for upgrade/replacement.
