The location was fantastic. The apartment was wonderful. A couple of suggestions - there were bath towels and 1 hand towel. It would be better if at least 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes were provided. I had to go out and buy wash cloths. I invited my son and daughter for dinner to find out that there wasn’t a bottle/can opener or cork screw. I had to buy those. There were only 2 wine glasses and 2 Champagne glasses. There should be 1 for every place setting. No over mitt/pot holder. I didn’t know how I was going to get food out of the oven. Overall good experience, but a few little changes would make it better. I would definitely consider renting again. The customer support staff was great - quick to respond and help.
