Whether you're in town for a few nights or a few months, this comfortable one bedroom home is the perfect place to call home! Free Wifi, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and relaxing from porch, the home has everything you'll need to settle in. The bedroom features a King size bed with plenty of space for your suitcase and belongings. We welcome traveling professionals, contracted employees, and other mid-to-long term stays. Walking distance to Kaweah Health, this is the perfect location for traveling nurses, doctors, or those in town to be near loved ones in the hospital. Ask us about our mid-term-stay special rates! The home half of a duplex, and shares a wall with another unit, but currently there is no tenant in that unit.
The Space
As you enter the house, you'll find a cozy living room with a sectional, Smart TV, and dining area. The kitchen and laundry room are to the right, and down a hallway to the left you'll find the bedroom and bathroom. The home has air conditioning and heating, and stays comfortable throughout the year. The kitchen has all full size appliances and is stocked and ready with all the tools you'll need to cook meals while you're in town. There is one bedroom, and the home has a max capacity of 2 guests, or 2 guests and one small child.

Quiet neighborhood south of Kaweah Health Hospital, just minutes to HWY 198 for easy access to everything Visalia has to offer and beyond. Next door, the home is owned by Kaweah Health and used for families in need of housing while their loved ones have extended hospital stays. The neighborhood is primarily single-family and multi-family residential. There's a park across the street, perfect for leisurely morning walks or unwinding after a long day. Hop on HWY 198 East and head to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, just 45 minutes away. Feel free to ask us for directions or recommendations to our favorite day trips and adventure spots!

House Rules
1. Communication is key! Check-in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 2. Pets of any kind are not allowed. If bringing a service animal, it must never be left alone in the duplex.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind. Please remember that removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq) and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to make you feel right at home. We'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Be a good neighbor! Please park the correct way on the street and don't block anyone's driveway. Keep quiet hours in mind. Thank you!
