This was the perfect location for our event at the Convention Center, right across the road. Near to good restaurants and services too. It’s a nice home for a family, nice quiet neighbors too.

Check-in was quick and easy place was immaculate.\nContacting with the host was almost instant.They always answered back very polite.I recommend anybody staying here.They would love it , I give them five stars , no doubt.

We rented this property as we were hiking in Kings Canyon and Sequoia NPs. 35 minutes to Sequoia gate. 1 hour to Kings Canyon via 63/180. Close to Walmart for groceries and personal needs. (one mile) Black Bear Diner is a must! Visalia is a very nice town. Regal is a very nice movie theatre close by. All neighbors were friendly. Host’s response was always prompt. Property was very clean and has washer and dryer if you want to pack light and wash. Kureig coffee maker and microwave. Google TV. All in all a good place to rent.
