The communication with the host was spectacular. It’s a cute space with lots of sleep space, and it’s conveniently located near the center of Chattanooga.
Love the house very clean and felt like home also very affordable. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

I believe what kept this from being a 5 star rating were two things. The first being that we had no control over the HVAC system, we arrived and the temperature inside the home was 78. We could not control switching between heat and air with crazy weather. We had to contact the host, tell them why, and then wait 2 hours for a change. The other issue was the property was advertised as having 1 king, and 2 queen beds. We arrived to find 2 queens in one room, and the other two rooms having a full and twin.
The house is perfect! Our family loved the pool table and nice furniture. We loved the nice kitchen and great bathrooms. All 3 beds were super comfy! Wonderful, clean, quiet neighborhood with lots of infill houses and close to everything. Highly reccomend! We will rent again!!

While the home is beautifully updated, we have encountered several instances that have made us decide to cut our trip short and go to a hotel. Upon arrival there was a very off putting smell when walking into the house. Soon after we came inside my daughter took her shoes off and within 5 minutes her feet were BLACK. As we looked around the house we noticed the place seems to be surface clean but everything is actually dirty. The rug in the living room had hair all over and was not vacuumed at all. The windows are covered in dust like I have never seen before. When a fan was turned on in one of the bedrooms huge clumps of dust flew off all over the beds where my daughter was sleeping. The master bathroom had about 2 uses of toilet paper left on the roll, with no new rolls anywhere to be found. The hall bath and zero toilet paper on the roll. The shower/tub had mold and the shower curtains covered in soap scum and mold. Toilet in master ran all night long. The beds appeared to be made with dirty sheets that had hair/fuzz all over them. Dishwasher was full of dishesAll of the beds In the bedrooms do not match what is shown in the listing

Bad neighborhood.
Bad neighborhood, felt unsafe staying there. I would not recommend this property. Not sure it had been cleaned after the previous guest. Beer bottles in the yard. Counter tops had glass rings on all counter tops and bedside tables. Bathroom's about out of toilet paper.

The property was not very clean, couch was stained, mold in bathroom. No soap or toilet paper. Next to railroad tracks.
We enjoyed our stay at this location. There area was easily accessed and all the properties in the area were maintained. All of the activities we did were easy to get to from here. There were a couple of minor issues when we first arrived that were acknowledged and resolved by the management in a timely manner. The pool table was fun but it took the place of the dining table. Suggestions were made to be more accommodating to larger groups.
