This home boasts three bedrooms each with one bed, and two queen pullout beds, providing sleeping space for 10 people! The convenience of this home does not stop there- Here, you're a 10 min walk to the Chattanooga Zoo, 5 min drive to Overlook park, 10 mins to downtown attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Bluff View Art District, Chattanooga Lookout Stadium!



The Space:

Enter the home easily through the front door using the code provided at check‑in. Inside, you’ll find a bright, open‑concept layout with a living room featuring a large smart TV and two queen sleeper sofas, perfect for relaxing or extra sleeping space. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking and entertaining.



From the living room, a hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms:

-King bed, two dressers, and ensuite full bathroom



o Second bedroom:

-Full bed



o Third bedroom:

- Full bed



o Shared full bathroom:

-Conveniently located in the hallway



Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard, complete with a fire pit, grill, and picnic table—ideal for outdoor meals and gatherings.



This home is located in the Highland Park area of Chattanooga, a neighborhood that is currently transitioning. While some guests have noted mixed impressions, we love our family‑friendly community and have never experienced security concerns. We encourage guests to familiarize themselves with Highland Park before booking to ensure the location is the right fit for their stay.



Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the front door, which will provide you with access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the Highland Park area of Chattanooga. This is a transitioning neighborhood. We have had some guests who say they do not like the neighborhood. We think it is great, and we love our family-friendly neighborhood and have never had any security issues or concerns, but we recognize that every guest has different life experiences. We encourage guests to familiarize themselves with the Highland Park area before booking to make sure the location is a good fit for their stay. If you do decide to cancel after arriving, it will be subject to our moderate cancellation policy.



Getting Around:

This is a downtown area, so parking is limited. There is room for two cars in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.



Other Things to Note:

We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
