Amazing location extremely close to restaurants and riverwalk. The house was very clean. Amazing layout and the team from Vrbo was in constant contact with us throughout our stay. If I could give it six stars I would.
My group had a wonderful time! The house was clean , cozy and close to all the things my friends and I wanted to do. I would suggest bringing toilet paper and paper towels because those are not included
Great house. Loved the area. We walked to get coffee one morning, and we went jogging on the trails just up the hill. Lots of beds, which was perfect for our big groups with 7 kids and multiple adults.
This home was perfect for our needs!! It had great layout, central location and easy access to the highway. We had a great time bonding, grilling out and exploring Chattanooga. We would definitely here stay again next year.
The house was perfect for our group. The size was so nice and the rooms and beds were perfect for everyone to have their own space with 11 moms on girls trip. Location to town was perfect and we were able to get to all our destinations in less than 10 minutes. Our only setback with the house was it is not equipped with even basic needs. We didn't even have enough toilet paper to make it through everyones first potty trip when we checked in. There wasnt enough paper towel or bathroom towels either. I mentioned the toilet paper to the host and got a we will check but nothing was every done to solve this. We were there for only two nights so weren't expecting to have to bring basic necessities. The kitchen is not well stocked either and did not even a complimentary couple coffee pods to get you through your first morning, so if you check in late don't plan to have morning coffee. If you plan to cook there was only one small knife. Overall I would stay here again for the size of the house and price point not for the extra mile or accommodations. Also, messaging with host seemed very automated response driven.
Everything about our stay here was wonderful. The neighborhood is nice with quiet neighbors and within a few minutes drive to everything we wanted to do in the area. The backyard was perfect for our dog and I enjoyed sitting in the deck in the morning with her listening to the birds sing. The hosts were helpful and respinded quickly. The house is very spacious and would accommodate multiple families easily. It is stocked with all the necessities and the beds are quite comfortable as well. Would definitely book again!

I tried to communicate with you on the site, I left phone messages. All I got was promises and no results! I can't give you a 5 star review and be honest. I asked questions before we arrived, no response. I called and left messages about lights and fans not working, no response. The only response I got was when I told you the fridge was leaking, but no one came. There weren't enough towels, they were no pot holders in the kitchen, no dishcloths in the kitchen. The outside furniture was unsafe to sit in. The tubs had spiders in them. Under the couch is filthy. Now do I get any response?

Wasn’t what we expected ☹️
The beds were uncomfortable. The kitchen wasn’t stocked well at all. The kitchen table was very small. There was not a lot of room for parking. The pool table was unusable. And the back yard was fenced in but there were giant holes all in the backyard. Also there was a huge puddle of water in the room with the pool table.
Beautiful home that more than accommodated 4 adults and 2 children with modern amenities (wrap deck & outdoor tv) and common spaces for family members to gather (downstairs living space w/ pool table) while offering privacy when needed (private entrance to wrap around deck directly from master bdrm). The central location of the home made family / children’s attractions and restaurants a 15 min drive away or less. While our overall experience was a good, unaddressed detailing in the home would have made our experience great. Cob webs in the downstairs bathroom light fixtures, dining room fan blades, and some areas of downstairs walls made my family and I question the cleanliness of the entire house. The exterior deck furniture needs deep cleaning or replacing & new tv remote batteries are needed. Finally, the master shower and sink (closest to the shower) drained slowly creating a pool of water. Speaking of water, the freezer portion of the fridge leaked onto the kitchen floor half way thru our stay.
We did not stay at the house for some issues. My wifes allergies immediately started going haywire. The house was basic clean, but not really clean. Dust on baseboards, doors, etc. Spiderwebs is ceiling corners. Holes left in the walls from pictures being taken down. Back yard had hole in fence covered with an oven shelf, and was mostly dirt, where if it rained our dog would bring in mud. The house looked like it was tired and abused, but picked up and straight. As I said, we stayed for a short time, went and got cleaners to get the dust out, and brought in candles to make it smell better. We left and stayed with a friend whom we were visiting. I'm sorry to leave this review. I realize we are pickier than most, but we use vrbo when traveling and this is the first time this has happened.

Deadbolt to the door not working making sleeping a little uneasy. Our feet were black after about a hour of walking around the house from the floor being dirty. Musty smell everywhere. No toilet paper provided anywhere in the house. Dirty spots all over the walls and baseboards and small nail holes all in the walls everywhere….seemed super lived in and not something that should be rented. Nothing that wasn’t unbearable just frustrating considering the price.
