Welcome to Playa Penthouse! Our team at (@playapenthouse) is eagerly awaiting your arrival. Upon your arrival, our staff will greet you and ensure that your fridge is stocked with a selection of beers, soft drinks, and bottled waters. If you wish, they can also arrange for breakfast to be prepared in-house or assist with grocery shopping.
Picture yourself enjoying a delicious latte and a plate of sweet mango while basking in the refreshing sea breeze and admiring the breathtaking views of the ocean and pool from our indoor outdoor living room and Jacuzzi room. Our penthouse offers ample space and can comfortably accommodate up to 20-+ guests. Look no further, Playa Penthouse will be your favorite destination in all of Playa del Carmen. All of our clients agree and have left only 5 star reviews. We are honored to say that we have hosted wonderful guests over the years who have come back repeatedly, many of whom are celebrities from all over the world.
We offer over 7000 sqft of dynamic living space. We have 6 master suites with 7 bathrooms for your comfort and privacy.
Every bedroom has a large balcony that overlooks ocean, pool and city views. All bedrooms are enormous master suites with private bathrooms.
We have two living rooms all indoor outdoor living.
One of our favorite rooms is the jacuzzi living room. It is a perfect gem for your group or family to gather at any time of day. Open the sliding glass doors, and sit in your private jacuzzi with a glass of champagne and watch the flat screen tv all the while enjoying the expansive sea views.
We also have two webber bbqs for your cooking pleasure.
Magia complex boasts 24 hour security, state of the art gym, two swimming pools, expansive green lawns, comfortable longe beds and sofas, and underground parking garage.
We are the most centrally located location in all of Playa and all amenities, restaurants, shops, and bars are steps away.
We are steps from world famous Mamitas Beach Club. (Not for walking impaired/ acts of god such as weather is not in my control )

We have traveled to over 40 countries, and the Riviera Maya has the BEST beaches in the WORLD! We love the kind hearted people and always feel welcome with our children everywhere. We love to explore the Mayan ruins, the pristine reefs, cenotes, and powder white sand beaches. We feel at home in Playa del Carmen.

This condo is located steps from the heart of the pedestrian walk way, close to charming restaurants and shops, and also on the water front. You have everything you could need at your finger tips without having to drive. It is a perfect location. the condo is very large and quiet. You have 2 living rooms so that everyone can have their privacy. You can lounge in 2 pools, or use the gym. You also have 24 hour door man. It is a quiet oasis in the heart of all the that Playa has to offer. You can walk to all the beaches and beach clubs in all of Playa. You can try a different beach each day. They are all unique and beautiful. The property and the condo are very spacious. THE LARGEST CONDO AVAILABLE FOR RENT IN ALL OF PLAYA. I can also rent you my unit next door which has 2 additional bedrooms if you need more space for extra people.
