Sleeper Sofa in Loft with additional Full Bath off hall. Additional half bath downstairs.

Why they chose this property
We love Sandestin and taking our kids on the golf cart to the beach! We love Baytowne Warf, being able to have dinner, shop, hit the arcade and getting some ice cream all in the neighborhood. Playing at the beach at the marina, having a drink and watching the boats come in is also a relaxing afternoon. We also take the golf cart to Grand Boulevard to go to the movies, great shopping and the local grocery store.
