This rental includes the use of a six seat golf cart and a four seat golf cart. Our quaint two bedroom, two bathroom cottage in Laurel Grove is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and alongside a picturesque catch and release fishing pond. Laurel Grove is among the the Resort’s newest and most beautiful neighborhoods. The Laurel Grove Clubhouse is a short walk away (about 70 yards) and features a private fitness center, heated swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and outdoor BBQ grills with a mini-kitchen. Take the golf carts anywhere on the Resort, or hop on the complimentary tram for a quick ride to the beach or the Baytowne Wharf!

Our tidy cottage style home is designed with vacationers in mind. The furnishings are fresh, cheery, and invite you to relax. With wood floors and comfortable seating, the family room is the central living area and leads to an old fashioned back porch through french doors. A large HDTV and DVD player is provided in the family room. Our fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and everything needed to whip up your favorite meal including a Keurig. There is dining seating for six guests, plus bar seating for two. There is also outdoor seating on the back porch. So sit awhile and enjoy a lovely pond view from the back porch.

The first level master bedroom suite is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, an entertainment armoire, plenty of closet space, and convenient access to the back porch. You will find luxurious linens on the bed and fluffy white towels in the bathroom. The master bath features a double vanity, a large walk in shower. The guest bedroom is located just down the hallway, and sleeps 6 with a queen bed and queen over queen bunks, ample closet space, and an adjoining bathroom with an oversize shower. Bring the Xbox and movies! This home is equipped with three HDTVs and DVD players. For your convenience, there is a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

We had a great stay here! We felt right at home when we walked in. The location was perfect to Baytowne Wharf. We went and ate at a different restaurant each night we were there. Enjoyed the piano bar one night and a concert in the park on a different night. All very laid back and fun! The guys also played golf on two of the courses while we were there. We all enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub which was close enough to walk to. All the little neighborhoods were so quaint and walkable also! Loved our stay here!

The rental was exactly what we thought it was going to be. Easy check-in process (even got us in a bit early). Timely communication when we had an issue with one of the golf carts - they even brought us a replacement when it couldn’t be fixed. Would 1000% recommend to anyone asking. Thank you.

Rental was close to the pool and golf carts made it fun to drive to Baytown warf, grocery store, and the beach! The pond next to the house is a blast to fish blue gill in. There’s turtles, frogs, and lizards! Our kids (including teens) had a blast! Loved having a washer and dryer. The only thing to note when staying here is there isn’t anything provided as far as little odds and ends needed to cook. Not even salt and pepper so you have to buy anything you need at the store. Still great place to stay!

Host/Maintenance was very responsive with the issues we had, Internet service was slow overall, went out due to weather and installing fiber optics. I work from home and need the Internet, so something to consider when booking. The TV in the front room stopped working and the host sent someone asap who came right away and replaced the TV. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the pool with hot tub was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed the golf cart for cruising everywhere we wanted to go.
